Versioned quality gate for security reviewers and integrators — pinned internal regression results with aggregate detection metrics.
This is not a public rule dump, not an industry leaderboard claim, and not a promise of 100% detection.

How to read the headline
Correct: 99.72% overall accuracy on PromptGuard’s pinned durable unique regression pack (N=359, engine 0.3.44).
Incorrect: “PromptGuard detects prompt injection 99.72% of the time.”
The second claim would require a broader, independently sampled threat distribution — this page does not assert that.

What we intentionally do not publish
- Exact pattern libraries, numeric floors, or private label schemas
- Per-case attack payloads from the durable pack (public pack is a separate, smaller set)
- Claims of universal “X% of all prompt injections worldwide”
Related product capability (not in this matrix)
Multi-turn sticky session risk (engine 0.3.46) is a separate, opt-in host feature (session_id on each check). It is not part of the durable unique matrix above — that pack remains single-delta and runs with session sticky off for determinism. Sticky is covered by an internal multi-turn business suite and documented in the methodology.
Hosts that want crescendo / split-attack linking should pass a stable chat/run session_id; omit it for classic stateless checks.
