Terms of Use (General Terms and Conditions)
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) govern the use of services available through the glc-rag.hu website and related services, including the modular MCP platform at mcp.glc-rag.hu (together: the “Service”).
By using the Service, the User accepts these Terms.
1. Subject of the Service
GLC-RAG is an online, artificial-intelligence-based, multi-tenant text processing, document management, search, automation and communication platform. The Service may provide various modules and features, including in particular chat, RAG, document processing, workflows, public widgets, Facebook integration, webshop and product-data processing, task management, and other AI-based features. The MCP platform at mcp.glc-rag.hu provides modular tool/API services (including but not limited to validation, media, geo, promptguard and related capabilities) under the same Operator.
Use of the Service is charged against a prepaid balance (or credits), from which the system automatically deducts fees for consumed services.
The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific AI model, API endpoint, third-party provider or infrastructure; it provides the Service according to the platform’s currently available technical configuration.
2. User account
Some features are available only to registered users. The User must provide true and accurate data at registration and keep them up to date where necessary.
The User is responsible for keeping account credentials secure, and for all activity performed through the account or through access tokens, integrations or keys managed by the User.
The User must promptly notify the Operator of any suspected unauthorized use or security incident related to the account, token, API key or other access.
3. Topping up the balance
3.1. Balance top-up
The User may top up a monetary balance (or purchase credits) for use of the Service. The top-up amount selected in the system is credited after payment is received.
3.2. Proforma invoice and payment
After a top-up request is recorded, a proforma invoice may be issued and sent to the provided email address. The User pays according to the proforma invoice or the conditions shown on the payment interface, using one of the offered payment methods.
3.3. Crediting the balance
The balance is credited after successful receipt of payment and may be used immediately for the Service, unless a separate technical, authorization or security condition applies.
3.4. Invoicing
The final invoice is issued after payment is received and sent electronically to the User.
3.5. Using the balance
Fees for services used on the platform are deducted automatically. Prices are shown on the platform and/or price list and may vary depending on actual usage, routing, endpoint, module or technical resources.
3.6. No refund of unused balance
The topped-up balance is intended for digital services on the GLC-RAG platform (including mcp.glc-rag.hu). After performance of digital services begins, the right of withdrawal is not available under applicable law. The balance cannot be redeemed for cash, and unused balance is not refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
3.7. Account deletion and balance
If the User deletes the account, any unused balance is forfeited and the User is not entitled to compensation or refund, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
4. Third-party providers, models and fallback operation
The Service may rely in whole or in part on third parties, including AI models, API providers, cloud providers, communication providers and other infrastructure providers.
The Operator may at any time modify, replace, rearrange, restrict or discontinue models, endpoints, providers, primary and fallback routes for technical, business, security, legal, pricing or operational reasons.
The Operator does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or unchanged availability of any specific model, endpoint, provider, module or third-party infrastructure.
If a primary model, endpoint or external service is unavailable, faulty, slow, discontinued, restricted, more expensive, or otherwise unsuitable in the Operator’s judgment, the Operator may switch to another model, provider or fallback endpoint.
The User acknowledges that fallback routes and alternative models may differ in performance, latency, quality, functionality, behaviour, output and pricing from the primary path.
5. Availability and service limitations
The Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service running, but does not guarantee that the Service or any module will be available at all times without interruption, without errors, with a defined response time, or using a defined model.
The Operator may temporarily restrict, slow, suspend or modify the Service in whole or in part for maintenance, development, security measures, abuse prevention, third-party limits, load, legal change or other operational reasons.
The Operator is not liable for outages, slowdowns, errors, restrictions or divergent behaviour caused in particular by external API providers, model shutdown/withdrawal, quota exhaustion, health-status failures, network or infrastructure faults, maintenance, security incidents, force majeure or third-party actions.
6. Limitation of liability
The Operator accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness, currency, error-free nature, lawfulness, business fitness or suitability for a particular purpose of AI-generated, summarised, extracted, classified, searched or otherwise automatically produced content.
Answers, search hits, recommendations, summaries, automated comment replies, workflow suggestions, benchmarks and other AI outputs are informational or operational support only.
The User must independently verify Service outputs before publication, customer communication, business decisions, contracting, or legal, financial, professional or public use.
The Operator is not liable if the User uses, publishes, transmits or applies Service-produced or Service-assisted content without verification.
For automated modes (including Facebook comment responders or other automated publish/reply/workflow features), the User bears the risk of publication, lack of approval, moderation, content inaccuracy or communication consequences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes liability for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profit, business loss, lost traffic, data-loss damage, reputational harm or third-party claims arising from temporary or lasting limited availability, model changes, fallback operation or divergent technical results.
7. Search and AI operational characteristics
Some features may apply deterministic or rule-based pre-filtering, search gates, relevance thresholds, scope limits, authorization checks, policy blocks, rate limits, quota handling or other technical decision mechanisms.
The Operator does not guarantee that every user query will produce a hit, answer, document source, model run or automatic result.
The User acknowledges that the system may, for relevance, authorization, scope, policy, security, quota or technical reasons, withhold an answer, skip a model run, return no hits, or return a limited result.
Document and knowledge-base search results may depend on content quality, indexing state, relevance settings, top-k parameters, scope, permissions and the system’s current configuration.
8. Public widget and external embedding
Some services may be offered via public widget, embedded chat or other external UI. Such services may use token auth, domain restrictions, allowed origins, access rules, traffic limits, rate limits, tenant quotas and other abuse-prevention measures.
The Operator may restrict, temporarily suspend or interrupt public widget use, rotate or revoke tokens, change origin restrictions, and apply or change traffic limits, quotas and rate limits.
The Operator is not liable for damages arising from widget restriction, slowdown, blocking, token rotation, origin misconfiguration, rate-limit or quota overrun, or faulty embedding on a third-party website.
9. User obligations
The User may upload, process, connect, publish or have the system handle only data, documents, text, images, comments, product data or other content for which the User has a lawful basis or authorization to use, process, transmit and, where applicable, disclose.
The User is fully responsible for content uploaded, processed, generated, approved or published via the Service, especially when used on third-party platforms, in customer communications, on social media or in automated ways.
The User must use the Service as intended and refrain from overloading, circumventing, abusive automation, unauthorized access, data extraction, prohibited scraping, security bypass, spam or unlawful content handling.
The User must ensure uploaded or submitted content does not include personal data, trade secrets, special categories of data or other confidential information that the User is not entitled to process or transmit.
10. Fees and price list
Fees are based on consumed resources, including AI models, API endpoints, compute, processing operations, modules and related technical services.
Current prices for the main platform are available at: https://glc-rag.hu/#arlista. MCP credit packs and rates are shown in the mcp.glc-rag.hu Admin / billing UI and related documentation.
Some services may use primary and fallback endpoints with different cost levels; third-party pricing may change over time. The fee is always determined by the route, endpoint, module and price list in effect at the time of use.
The Operator may update the price list, especially if third-party pricing, availability, terms, health status or technical structure changes. Price-list changes take effect when published on the relevant website or UI.
11. Suspension and restriction
The Operator may restrict, suspend or terminate the Service in whole or in part for security, operational, legal, regulatory, abuse-prevention, financial, technical or third-party-related reasons.
In particular, the Operator may restrict or suspend the User’s access, token, API key, integration or features if the User breaches these Terms, overloads the system, exceeds usage limits, uses the Service unlawfully or abusively, or creates risk in the Operator’s judgment.
12. Modification and discontinuation of the Service
The Operator may modify the Service’s content, features, modules, operation, UI, integrations, pricing, authorization model, technical solutions or third-party providers without prior notice. This includes model/endpoint changes, fallback-route changes, widget limits, discontinuation of automated features, scope-rule changes, and partial or full discontinuation of modules or integrations.
13. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may unilaterally amend these Terms. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website (including mcp.glc-rag.hu legal pages and/or glc-rag.hu).
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
